Car Hacking, Can Google Save Us?

Not so new black box technology allows hackers to control braking, engine functionality, radio, anything electrical in your car. Like Onstar but with sinister purposes. Can Google's self driving car outsmart the car hacker?

According to the New York Times, Google states that "(Their) Robot drivers react faster than humans, have 360-degree perception and do not get distracted, sleepy or intoxicated."

However:

 " ...to be truly safer, the cars must be far more reliable than, say, today’s personal computers, which crash on occasion and are frequently infected."

and these computers can still be hacked.


So the answer is no. And here I thought you could go to Google for all the answers.

These guys are bright...but not in a way you might think.  This is a pretty old picture of 4 gentlemen posing in front of their cars.  Perhaps this was around the time of the first The Fast and The Furious movie.  I doubt these Photoshop modified rides were either fast or even mean.

Local Commerical Compilation-Club BANGER!

There's nothing I love to do more than laugh at local commercials. Especially the one's they aired when I lived in the Midwest. As high saddity as some of the urbanites came across, the locale programming seriously begged to differ.
