A FAKE Apple Store in Mainland China
There a FAKE Apple Store operating as if it is legit in mainland China.
This rates as a categorical........YAWN. Apple is furious, plans to sue, blah blah blah blah.
I think this only sucks for the poor employees who actually though they were working for Mac-a-bators.
Let's not be naive people, if you choose to make your products in China or Korea and they're pirated don't be surprised. It's probably not a good item to sue your cheap workforce either. I've never been to China but I know there are a plethora of fake clothing, textile, electronic stores there. Ever been to Big Lots? That's enough proof: check out their shoes section where you can buy 'authentic' $29.99 low-tops by Mitchell Gordan! The one question I've never gotten a clear answer on is: since their products are produced in China are these items they're selling fake, off market, gray goods or just resale?
